TWO WEEKS TO WEDDING!

Hi everyone,

We are super excited to see you all and celebrate!

Just wanted to send some important information about the wedding:

FRIDAY WELCOME PARTY: We are having a welcome party on Friday at 8PM at the Springhouse Tavern (http://www.springhousetavern.net/index.php/directions/). Please join us if you can! There are so many people coming from all over, we want to maximize our time with you. They have a full menu and bar and we have the back room reserved. If you are camping and planning to arrive before 5PM on Friday, you can come straight to wedding site. If you are planning to arrive after 5PM please meet us at Springhouse Tavern.

GETTING THERE: There is NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION at wedding site. While we are happy  that the mountain will curb texting, tweeting, Facebooking and checking email, it also means that you should make sure to print directions out ahead of time! You can get them using the Hotel or Travel page on this site. But not to worry, there is cellphone reception in Woodstock which is where most of you are sleeping. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn you will also receive a welcome bag with printed driving directions.

The shuttle to the wedding site will be very full. If you are planning not to drink or planning to leave before 11PM, please consider driving to make room for others. Just make sure to have printed directions! If you are planning to drink, even if you are not staying at the Hampton Inn, please take the shuttle. You can park in the hotel parking lot and sign up for the shuttle at the front desk. If you are camping and arriving Saturday, please feel free to come straight to the wedding site.

SUNDAY BRUNCH: There will be a light Sunday brunch at 11AM at the wedding site. There will be no shuttle provided for this so make sure to have directions printed (or use those on welcome bag). Shooting guns and pinata smashing will take place at this time!

We will be leaving NYC on August 13th so will be in and out of email/cell phone availability starting then.
